There are no feathers
You use the eye on top left of screen. Then yoi have to fill the bar to 100%
You get the feathers by using the mighty eagle and getting total destruction (breaking everything on the level) with it.
If it's true that you need the "mighty eagle" to get the feathers, you need to pay .99 to get the eagle
