I don't know about salt and pepper but you put man man = sex. As far as I know there is no female.
Salt make water _water to make sea the fire and sea wala salt
Idk about salt but you can make a women by adding a men and milk together kinda weird but it works...
Man + milk ---> woman ( livestock + grass )
Fire + sea ---> salt ( water + water ---> sea )
As far as I know and there is no pepper
You need to add man plus milk to make milk you add man and livestock and for livestock add man and beast

I don't really know if there is a female on Little Alchemy, but I think sea+fire=salt? Don't know for sure. Might work.
