You need to play the Punchy Target Game again after the you go all the way through the Basic Braining Course once. It gets harder and harder as you go on but is beatable.

WARNING! Do NOT go back to Shegor when you get Mr. Pokeylope out of the stove top. Go back down the Asylum and call the Lungfish (Linda) then search everywhere for the kids.

There is a secret room within the level, inside is a chest where you need to enter in order to get this.

You need the Vines painting for this. In it there are all the wrestlers you've beaten.

You only need to see the first "transformation" to get this but the rest of them are really fun to watch.

You need to find every PSI card, Challenge Marker, Figment, Mental Cobweb AND you need to get the hidden rank by beating the Punching Game AFTER the you do it the first time.

Do this after you find all the brains and when you go to do the Mr. Pokeylope achievement.

Once you get Clairvoyance use it on EVERYONE you go by and you will get it in no time at all.

Once you get to the Meat Circus use the teloport to go back to the Brain Tumbler and go back into each brain. You don't need to go through them again, simple visit them then exit back.
