Conquest is a good mode to obtain this achievement on, playing as either a Scientist or Infiltrator class. Scientist, because the class can fly from node to node with little interruption on most occasions and the Infiltrator, because the class can cloak, and may not be seen when capturing a node. Other classes can be used, though they are slower in movement and may be classified as a higher priority target to the other team.
As soon as a node is captured, head onto the next node that can be captured, or the next node that is about to be lost. Taking a more indirect route into the area with the node usually doesn't end in being killed right away if the other team is present and doesn't see you. Matches with more players can be more competitive, however it might be easier to be the MVP in some cases as some players focus on killing the opposite team rather than capturing the nodes.

The best time to get this achievement is once you reach the objective, "Rendezvous with Autobot Survivors". Once Warpath stops talking, a wave of Decepticons will spawn. The first wave mostly includes basic soldier type Decepticons, which are easy to kill. If timed right, at least five of them that will cluster around the right side of the battlefield, taking potshots when they can.
Launch Metroplex's Air Strike once the are roughly in the same area. The Air Strike covers a decent area of ground, so they don't have to be sitting on top of each other for it to work. If you don't get the achievement the first time, go back to the last checkpoint and try again. You can get this on Normal difficulty with no troubles.

On the objective that requires you to destroy two controls to lower the energy shield, a wave of Leapers will appear. When in robot mode, grab a fuel container using RT and aim at a Leaper. While the Leaper is in the air, throw the barrel using RT to throw it. If the container hits, the Leaper will die and you will get the achievement.
If attempting to get the achievement with multiple Leapers still in play, time it so you throw the barrel as one Leaper is in the air the others are on the ground after doing a hover slam. This lowers the chance of mission failure, as Leapers can and will knock Grimlock off the map. If you get knocked off the map, simply restart from the last checkpoint. This achievement isn't too much trouble to obtain on Normal difficulty.

On the objective "Deal with the Decepticon Ambush" have a Nucleon Charge Rifle equipped and target a Sniper whilst it's sitting on a wall or column and wait until it fires at you. After it fires, the Sniper will most likely change positions to get another shot. Wait until the Sniper is just about to take off, then fire. If timed correctly, the Sniper will have just jumped off the wall, making it now an 'in air' target, and firing at it would most likely kill it, thus granting the achievement. Note, depending on difficulty, you may have to shoot the Sniper two or three times to kill it. Ensure there are only one or two enemies firing on you when doing this to lower the chances of the mission failing. This achievement is easy enough to obtain on Normal difficulty.

Once the first Leaper jumps down, it will land on one Autobot of the four Autobots standing near Optimus Prime, killing the Autobot and knocking Optimus back at the same time. The Leaper will then take out a second Autobot just as you regain control of Optimus. Unload a clip into the Leaper using your Pathblaster. If done quickly enough, the Leaper will die before it executes the third Autobot. Leapers take more damage from behind, where the jets are exposed. This achievement is fairly easy to obtain on Easy difficulty.
