This achievement is pretty straight forward.. just start the campaign on any difficulty you want.

When doing a Single Player Campaign for a COD game, always do it first on Veteran if you want to get the best of your achievements and get them easy.
Otherwise, you can just do it on Regular or Hardened though Veteran gives you a Multiplayer feel and is more challenging.

In Special Ops, when you see a juggernaut, just start trying to kill him with bullets. Once you think it is about to die, just start knifing until the juggernaut is finished.

You need to be lvl 50 in Spec ops survival mode before doing this. Purchase everything, even the care packages. The last thing you can buy from the Air support armory is sleight of hand.

The best way to do this is by playing with a friend either over xbox live or split-screen. While playing, make sure neither of you buys any weapons. During the game, only pick up dropped weapons so that you don't waste any money. After a various amount of waves go by, you should both have enough that the money equals up to 50k when you add them together. Now go either the Weapon, air, or equipment armory and have the player who's getting the achievement stand by while the other person goes into the armory and begins pressing X or square so that the other person gains all the money. Keep pressing the button until the player has 50k. If the other player needs the achievement give all the money to him, and then he'll get the achievement
