Incredibly simple achievement to earn. If you do not get this during the pre-season through training camp, wait until the regular season when actual practices happen. You should get your achievement then. Common Sense.

This achievement is simple. Just scored around 20 points in the game. There is no need for a set difficulty. You can put this on Rookie and destroy the CPU for easy scoring. If you don't get the achievement by scoring 20 points or more, wait until the game ends.

A simple way of getting this achievement is to play as Adrian Peterson himself, and set the difficulty to Rookie against a crappy team. Just keep doing run plays at or behind the 20 yard line until you get the touchdown and achievement. You should get it at the end of the game.

This is a simple achievement to get. Play a normal game as the Browns (since Peyton Hillis is on this team) and play against another crappy team, or play on Rookie. Just continuously run the ball up the field until you get 184+ rush yards with Peyton. You should get the achievement right there, or at the end of the game.

In order you get this achievement, you need to intercept the ball in the end zone and return it for a TD. What I would best recommend is playing as the Steelers against a crappy team. Let the other team get neat the endzone and hope either the CPU on your team picks it off or you do it. The real challenge is returning it. There needs to be no set difficulty for this, so hope you can make it.
