To unlock this achievement get into a police chase and then while the police are following you pull over. Then when the cutscene plays showing the police walking towards your car hit the accelerate Button and drive away.

i'll tell you very simple like ok? step 1)get a car. step 2)start to drive car. step 3)hold the B button(the red one) and left or right on your left stick. step 4) keep holding B until you crash into something that will stop your car. step 5) repeat until you reach 50miles.
