For now, I won't describe them; it's in your game manual hopefully anyway! Oh yeah, you full save only here! 2.2I Author Notes _________________ I restarted my file and made sure I got a black dempa, so that this could apply to everyone. I shall update it as often as possible. Anyway, enter the Cave and let's get going! _______________________________________________________________________________ 2.3 Digitoll Underground First you'll see a small area entry thing; this only appears once per area. Then, if you are like me in this guide, you're Dempa man will say "So I'm all on my own, eh? Oh well, here goes..." (quoted from inside the game; Copyright of Nintendo, not sure about year, but oh well...). Push down on the control stick/Circle Pad. You'll eventually see a wooden frame- like object. Enter it and be prepared! Run into an enemy and then press Y (easiest, quickest way to finish a battle.) If you're lucky, it will be a single Fang Bat, if you are unlucky, it will be 2 Oink Rabbits. Get the treasure case if you survive, else reenter - you at your current stage lose nothing from getting wiped out in a dungeon (if you didn't bring anyone but your hero to the dungeon, elsewise be careful!) Get all the treasure in this area (don't descend the stairs) and keep fighting monsters until you are lv. 3+. If you get wiped out, just come back in; with only one member it will happen a lot. As soon as you are lv. 3 and collected all the treasure in the current lv., descend and hope for fang bats; find the guy who will open a shop a.s.a.p. and try to avoid the Corn Critters - they can instantly kill you! Always try to engage battle from behind so you get first strike. When you are level 5+ and collected all the treasures on this floor, return to Digitol and buy as many potions as allowed. Then come back, avoid enemies, and attempt the boss; you won't be allowed to run from the boss! When he's killed, congratulations, and enter the frame door, collect the treasure and enter the teleporter. Fimal Notes: Continue in this dungeon until you get to level 7. Also, find and recruit other dempa men (atleast 3, preferably 6+) if you haven't done so already and do it BEFORE you continue in the dungeon. Finally, make sure atleast 3 of the maximum 6 dempa men in your party are lv. 7; for the next two dungeons, I'll list minimum abilities. ________________________________________________________________________________ 2.4 ???? You should have by this point gotten a healer, an elemental user, and several other dempa men, you'll want atleast 6 total; the more, the better it is for you. First, to go to another place, touch or use the Circle Pad to move the cursor to the Docks facility (E-mail me correct spelling please) and press A or tap it again with the stylus. You have 3 destinations to go to besides Digitoll Island (where you are right now, game saves at port map (where you are in now) and Digitoll Island): Tower of Evil, Ocean Cave, and the Windy Forest. Choose the Windy Forest since it is easiest and you are below the suggested level for the others. If some or all your Dempa men less than lv. 7, then I'd recommend you get them there before continueing unless you have a fireball or 2 Dempa Men. You need to take your hero, a healer, preferably someone who can cast fire magic (fireball, etc.), and then antenna roots; fill the rest with strong people you'll probrably use often. If you have less than 6 Dempa's (5 won't cut it, no but!), then get ATLEAST 6, PREFERABLY 8. This dungeon will also allow you to recruit 30 more Dempa men upon completion. From here onward, I'll show you a list of things to expect in the dungeon including recommended elements, Dempa men, and enemy elements. 1. Already Given (Dempa men lv. & antenna recommendations) 2. Most enemies are wind-type; however, they don't always use wind attacks, they can use physical attacks like in the first dungeon. 3. I'd recommend using fire, ice, and light for this dungeon. 4. I'd not suggest using wind for this dungeon. 5. The boss is a wind-type boss; prepare accordingly (like your wind amulet). Good luck; this guide will NOT walk you step-by-step for the MAJORITY of dungeons and bosses. I WILL provide some final notes for reference. The boss is fairly easy; grab all the treasures you can. Use the enemy and other sections to aid you in this area. Final Notes: I'd stay here for a while before tackling the Ocean Cave; even after the boss - first time I played, the game pounded my Lv. 10-11 or so party; the recommendation was only lv. 8. Finally, make sure you have ATLEAST 8 dempa men before going to the next dungeon, it's hard! ________________________________________________________________________________ 5.
