Medals are awarded based on your performance in each world.
Unlock C-Medal:
Cleared a world and completed the bonus stage by using the Circle Pad.
Unlock M-Medal:
Cleared a world and completed the bonus stage by using the Motion Sensor.
Unlock Banana Medal:
Find ALL the bananas in a world without using a continue.
