I work for the police and I can't find it nowhere?

If you already have the job of Law Enforcement or Police you don't need to know where he work location is. When your sim leaves for work they will go to work and then you can't see them until they come back from work. While they are at work you can see the mailbox on the upper screen. That is how you "view" them.
