Yes click the newspaper and click "get job" some times there is different jobs everyday you can choose from.

When I had a go I created 1 person and it went straight to game mode so I don't think you can :(

You can not have a baby you can only woohoo by getting both sims to relax on the bed and clicking cuddle,after that you have the choice of kissing,making out or woohooing but no try for a baby,even after you woohoo

You can by first romancing them in boyfriend/girlfriend stage, then be friendly to them a couple of times then you can add them to household.I do not know how to marry but I have a girlfriend that has moved on with me (in the game) (I'm a girl but I tried out a boy)

U can get married and gets jobs and houses and you can have someon emove in and stuff like that but I don't know if you can get pregnant on the sims 3 on 3ds. Some people say you can and others say you can't so I really don't know.
