How do you get to Lord Jabu Jabu????? Also how do you get King Zora To move?????

Lord Jabu Jabu is in Zora's Fountain, which is accessable though the hall behind King Zora.
King Zora will move once you present him with Ruto's Letter, which is located in a bottle on the bottom of Lake Hylia. The bottle is right in front of portal to Zora's Domain.
Please note: Lord Jabu Jabu is only in Zora's Fountain as a child. As an adult, Lord Jabu Jabu is missing.

You'll need to go to the Zora's Fountain, then get inside and climb the stairs all the way to the top. Ignore the King for now and go to the left. You should see a Zora and a waterfall. Talk to the Zora and he'll issue you a challenge, he'll have you jump down the waterfall and collect all of the rupees he's thrown. Get them all then go back up and you'll get a scale allowing you to dive for longer periods of time. Then just jump down the waterfall again. Go underwater and you'll see a little door looking place, swim through and you'll be at Lake Hylia. Look for bubbles coming up and dive down, you'll see a bottle and link will grab it. You'll need to show this to King Zora, then he'll move for you.

When you get the silver diving scale, dive in lake hylia and get the letter. Then go to King Zora and show him the letter. He'll let you into a door that was hidden behind him.
Now you have an empty bottle. Go back into the other room and scoop some fish in the bottle. Now go through the door behind king zora. You'll find Jabu jabu. Give him the fish and he'll suck you inside.
