Darunia took the Goron's Ruby (Spiritual Stone of Fire). He will give it to you after you beat Dodongo's Cavern.
To find Darunia, go to his room on the bottom floor of the Goron City. Stand on the mat in front of his door and play Zelda's Lullaby. Once inside, play Saria's Song for Darunia. He will then give you the Goron's Bracelet and tell you to rid Dodongo's Cavern of monsters.
