Saria is not in the Forest Temple.
As a child, she is sitting on the stump just outside the Forest Temple, in the Sacred Forest Meadow.
As an adult, before beating the Forest Temple, she is mysteriously missing. You cannot find her anywhere.
As an adult, after beating the Forest Temple, she is in the Sacred Realm. You cannot visit her or see her again (until a cutscene in Ganon's Castle).
