If it's like the original, go to the bottom of Goron City, stand on the carpet outside the sealed stone door and play Zelda's Lullaby.
If you talked to the Goron near the shortcut to the Lost Woods, the Goron will tell you that they all like the song coming from there. That's Saria's Song, which you learn from her, past the Lost Woods and Sacred Meadow, just outside the Forest Temple.
Play Saria's Song for Darunia, and he'll give you the Goron Bracelet.

Go to Darunia in Death Mountain and Play Zelda's Lullabye on the rug with the Triforce on it and then go into the room that opens. When it is open then you can talk to Darunia play Saria's song for him and you will get the Bomb Bracelet and you will be able to use the bomb near the entrance of the Gorons City and use it on the Boulder down the cliff. You can go into Dodongo's Cavern then. Blow up the boulder inside the cavern so you can go into the inner Cavern and Enjoy the game!
