If you keep getting caught and thrown outside when spotted, just wait until daylight before re-entering, the guards do not guard during the day, so will not be there.

At the gate, you climb the vines, go down the ladder, out the door, then up the hill/slope, across the grass, then enter the moat from the left side and swim to the right.

Once inside the castle, check this video out (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXHWbf1Et8A). All you need to do is stay behind them.

Play the sun song or wait till day; the first two don't gaurd at day but the rest always guard.
