Im currently in Lon Lon Ranch and I do not know how to beat Ingo.
I'm able to win the obstacle course but not the actual race?

You have to win the race to get the horse. At the start of the race speed up enough to get ahead of Ingo. Then let your horse recover and speed up again. Stay on the dirt track and don't let Ingo push you into the wall. Just do your best to stay in front of him. You will have to try a few times it was hard enough on the 64 version. If I'm not mistaking you'll have to do the race twice. Just keep trying thats all you really can do.
