There is no water castle.
If you mean the castle, then it is a very linear path you must follow. You cannot access the castle after getting the third Spiritual Stone.
If you mean Zora's Domain, as a child visit Lake Hylia and retrieve the bottled message and give it to the King Zora. As an adult, head out back and beat the Ice Cavern.
If you mean the Water Temple, then just visit what rooms you haven't yet. This is one of the toughest dungeons in the series.

There is no, water castle in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. If you mean the water temple Then you're going to need to be more specific. You should just look up a walkthrough, since the water temple is one of the hardest in the game.

- Before we begin, I need to explain something. This temple is generally considered the hardest in the game, puzzle-wise. Reason being, because you have to return to the same rooms multiple times and from different directions in order to progress through the temple. It's a somewhat monotonous and aggravating temple if you don't know where to go and what to do as well as when... The best advice I can give is, "try to go EVERYWHERE," for every water level. You'll see what I mean shortly...

If you mean the water temple, sorry. I've beat it multiple times, and I don't think it's too hard, but it's confusing. You just have to go in every room possible, from every water level. Explore.
