I've mastered all 20 Recipes with Luke(they all have 3 Stars), Luke is my On-screen character, I've dropped Florian off at Daath, but When I speak to the person on the second floor of the Keterburg Hotel, next to the elevator, he won't give me the Cooking Titles. All he says is: "The key to Great Cooking is lots of Love."
Is there something I forgot to do? Please Explain. Thanks!

You must have done part # 5 of the Ant Lion Man quest if you have the recipe for Gratin, but you have to also do part # 6 to get everyone's cooking titles from Ketersburg. After the Radiation Gate, go to Nam Cobanda Isle (the side with the Dragon Buster game) and enter the area where the Ant Lion Man was before. Talk to him behind the counter. 150,000 Gald will get you an Apple Gel, a Magic Lens, an Apple, Beef, Chicken, and the Ant Lion Man doll for Anise. After that, just head back to the 2nd floor of the Keterburg Hotel & get your title.
