How do you get Dog-/Catwarriors with an higher level than 1 or 2? And how do you get your Mii's Level higher?

I am looking for an answer to that too, BUT if you went on yesterday, you could get a guest that is level 5 ^.^...But,my FC(I Registered you BTW)is Country <3 and my code is 4768-8351-1890...

I'm pretty sure you just need to play more. I've noticed their levels very slowly going up.

You can use the brown shirted dog/cat to up the level if you have a level 2 use the brown shirt before it and it will become a level 4.

Mii's levels depend on how many times you have Streetpassed with a person. (1 time, Level 1, 2 times, Level 2, etc.)
I don't think that you can have your level get higher by merely hiring the cats/dogs with play coins, but you could use green magic to double their levels... (Sorry if this was confusing.)

I think you just need to play more. A better thing to do is just find one of your friends that have a 3ds and visit them often to exchange miis with street pass and maybe if you are lucky you can go to a mall close to you and maybe if you leave your 3ds in your pocket in sleep mode you might get some miis with street pass. If you don't know how to get in sleep mode you just close your 3ds while you are on the home menu and after it is closed it will be in
Sleep mode.

I beat the game and I have hired over 150 heroes. But their level still won't go up. My FC is 2750-2098-8533. I registered the first 6 of you.
