Actually there are some hackers that haven he complete ability and acessbillity to create mods for the 3ds console.for instance I once wanted to have unlimited rings and life regeneration on sonic rush for regular ds.I plugged in something called an action replay ( available at your local GameStop ) and I saw some codes come up.Now I was not so good with codes and hacks at that time but I did know that I just had to push activate for the cheats I wanted.Then I thought to myself what if I could make my own codes ? So I went to there website and I learned some of the abillities I know now.Unfortanantly they do not have an action replay for 3ds currently but I asure you that there is either one in the making, one made by someone else or already out due to the time of date ( 10 / 16 / 14 ) which is today. I truley hope this helped and if you do not want to buy an action replay you could also either go to a hackers or coders website and ask them to port you a mod or go to the actoin replay website.Although I hope there is a 3ds action replay in the making soon.
