OK I'm only going to say this once because everybody is asking this same dumb question. Super sonic is only available on Xbox 360/PS3 etc. You cannot I repeat You Cannot use him on the 3ds version only on the final boss
U have to get 50 rings or more in a race game to the big ring and when you got 50 rings or more you press the Y or. Triangle button
