ABOUT NEW GAME+

Do you still retain your Levels in "New Game+"?
Or are all your characters sent back to Level 1 when you restart the Game?

If you start a New Game+, then you reset to level 1. But on the plus side, you get to keep all your items that you got on your first playthrough!
