43: Starting in the very center point of the board, make a cross that is two squares long on each arm. From the end of the right arm, draw a line one up, one left, one up, and two right. This will look somewhat like a letter "S." Rotate your screen and repeat for each arm of the cross.
52: Place the ruby in the top row, second column. Place the emerald on the far right in the second row. Place the diamond in the far left on the third row. Place the sapphire in the fourth row, third column.
