Skate moves

I think I have 4 skate moves to get past the lost hotel guy, but still wont let me past.. Help?

You must not have all Four Skate Moves. The person will let you pass once you have all Four Skate Moves. I would suggest going back to Lumiose City and getting/learning the moves you don't have.
