Breeding Question.
If my Ditto and Torchic just had an egg, and I would like the same ditto and a Froakie to have an egg.. Would I have to take my ditto out and put it back in?

No, you wouldn't have to take Ditto out of the Daycare. Simply take out Torchic and replace it with Froakie. After you do so, Ditto and Froakie will begin to breed.
