Transferring pokemon from pearl/diamond to x and y
I battled so many people who have the legendarys from below Pokemon white and black but they all said they traded and what is about the mega latios and Latias rumor and how do you get them if they are real?

In order to Transfer Pokemon from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl to pokemon x/Y, you must first PokeTransfer them to either Pokemon Black/White/Black 2/White 2 and then to Pokemon X/Y. It isn't possible to do it any other way.
As for Mega Latias and Mega Latios, well, that was a secret that GameFreak wanted to keep. Unfortunately, someone hacked pokemon x/Y. In order to get those items, you will have to hack the game or trade for those items from someone who has hacked the game.
