Where to get old amber
I need to get old amber and I smashed every rock in glittering cave and by ambrette town.

Old Amber can be found in Glittering Cave by using Rock Smash. This is the only way to find one in-game.
You could always try to trade for one too.

Old Ambers are found in Glittering Cave far in the back where you met Team Flare for the first time via Rock Smash. They can be found before you beat the game. Also another way to obtain them or Aerodactyl is from a Pokemon holding one from the GTS, Wonder Trade, or plain old Trading or you get and Aerodactyl from the GTS, Wonder Trade, or Trading. Then again you could cheat to get one, but I hear cheating is very hard to do on the 3DS without Action Replay. I hope this helps you and good luck getting an Old Amber/Aerodactyl!
