Go to 2-2 forest and hope you are lucky
2-2 forest what Pokemon? Speedy ninjask is my fastes one that can learn agility.
Go to 2-2 Forest, and find and fight Ninjask, and hope you get him with Speedy, Speedy+, or Speedy++. Teach him Agility if it is a Speedy, it'll help a lot.
Go to Easterly Town and In Left at The Exit The Hole Hop in it and Take a Left to The Forest, and Then you Can Find a Ninjask 50% And If your Lucky you Get Speedy Or Speedy+ or Speedy++ So Then Go to Axel Town and go to Move School Then Teach It Agility and it's The Fastest Pokemon in the game.
