I realesed dusknoir gengar dragonite garchomp and spiritomb to get a giratina ticket but it just gave me money,can someone please tell me what went wrong

That only works in the first Pokemon Rumble. But there is a way to get it. If you go to an area after end-game, there is a 5% chance that the boss will be a legendary, and the boss pad will have sparkles. Giratina (either form) and Darkrai can be found at Hauntyard areas. Also you can find other legendaries at other places.
I only have super Pokemon rumble blast, and you can only find a Giratina via going to a hauntyard and hoping the ! Launch pad will have sparkles, then you'll either get Giratina origin form, giratina Land form, or Darkrai.
