But were do I get a Mew?I don't find it ANYWHERE!

Mew ISN'T available in this game, sadly. It's likely it will be an event Pokemon you can get via password but otherwise there's no way to get it. Sorry.

actually, you can get mew. just keep checking your toy store. here's the requirments:
Mew at Sunny Seashore - Factory Area: 80 people
