Any factory. Just keep re-doing the various levels until you get to encounter Deoxys and it's formes again.

Just a little say, it's more easier to catch deoxys in westerly town 3-3 factory. And also deoxys normal form is the best. Speed second, defense then attack. Well, if you want to find all forms, first you'll find speed, then defense, attack and last, normal. Hope you like the tips! I totally love deoxys. He's my favourite!

I love deoxys so much. hes my number 1 of best pokemon but every time i try it a defence form
