It's best to just use your best power toys that have good AOE or Area of Effect attacks. Healing moves also tremendously help.
First try a Pokemon with Snappy and Sacred Sword- it hits real quick, plus the fact that it is a 5 star move. I have a Snappy+ Palkia, not a Snappy+ Terrakion, but, ah, well.
If you have that Epic thing, 2 words: USE IT. I keep using this lineup.*
Epic Chikorita, Lucky, Steady, and more. 28XX power. Knows Solar Beam and Magocal Leaf.
Terrakion. 28XX power. Knows Toxic and Sacred Sword.
Reshiram, Superstar. 30XX power. Knows Blue Flare and Draco Meteor.
However I still cannot win. Can anyone help?
The only to beat it is to forget about trying to get more Pokemon for a few days... And focus all of your effort on raising money so you can increase the WORLD LEVEL TO 10. Spend a day in 1-4 challengers ground, until you run into the AUDION RUMPUS ROOM... Its last (red tramp) before you get to the yellow ramp...if it's facing left (rarely).. It will be the LEVEL 2 RUMPUS ROOM.. If it's facing right..it's the level 1....(you only have a 2% chance of getting the AUDION level 2 RUMPUS ROOM)... If you manage to get into an AUDION rumpus room...(THANK GOD!!) LOL... CUZ it's SOOO FREAKING HARD TO GET.... But all you have to do is defeat the lilpups with your LUCKY+ Pokemon...(and make sure you don't KILL THE 4 OVERSIZED AUDIO'S...)... You need all 4 of them to get GOLD COINS STEADILY COMING. These AUDINOS will heal you, and heal each other and heal the lilpups... But just keep smashing through the lilpups (SPEND 3 HOURS DOING THIS)... And you will have MORE THAN 40,000,000. GARANTEED!!!!! But I advice you to take advantage of either RUMPUS ROOMS.... When you get into the room (MAKE SURE YOU DEFEAT IT WITH A LUCKY+ Pokemon... With a nice power 4 star move.. (lucky is fine as well).. Lucky+ is better though, and lucky++ is even better!!!!!!!! You can also increase your chance of getting even more coins if you combine a (stealing type move) with your LUCKY+ Pokemon.. (such as thief, etc)... Those type moves makes the Pokemon you destroy leave even more coins... (NOTE)... This process will take a whole day...! See if you can raise up your money to 20.000.000 MILLION.
After you raise your WORLD LEVEL TO 10...
THESE ARE THE STAGES I SUGGEST YOU FOCUS ON.... TO BEAT THE EX 6'S..
Go to the LOW level CAVES.... (in hopes that you get a A DIALGA, OR COBALIAN)..
Sacred SWORD, AND ROAR OF TIME.... Are AWESOME....!!
IF YOU MANAGE TWO COBALIONS... THAT IS EVEN BETTER!!!!
(SACRED SWORD IS LIKE ONE OF THE BEST MOVES ON THE WHOLE GAME)..
Then see if you can do the same thing in CANYON..(low level stage)... To get a TERRAKION!!
(IT HAS SACRED SWORD AS WELL)..AND it's FIGHTING AND ROCK.
Then go TO THE axle b2f... And go to the LAKE... And see if you can get a TOGEKISS WITH (SKY ATTACK).... If you can find 1.... JUST 1... Omg.... Then you are GOING TO CRUSH THE EX 6 LEVEL...)..
Last but not least...(OPTIONAL)... Go to the low level hauntyards..(and see if you can get a GIRITINA.. Either forms..)..with SHADOW FORCE..)...
(you can honestly BEAT THE GAME WITH... ANY COMBINATION OF.. (skyattack togekiss) (sacred sword terrakion).. Plus (sacred sword cobalion).. And (roar of time dialga).. ANY COMBINATION OF THOSE 4 SHOULD DO THE TRICK...!
If you can find a PICKY one of those Pokemon, or a snappy, or a BRAWNY, OR A HARDY... (+, ++)... Then you will KILL THE COMPETITION... WITHOUT ANY MUSS OR FUSS.

Use a Shedinja with Dodgy and Let Some Macho Teammates do the fighting for you. (just be sure to watch out for the cannons and ho-oh's sacred fire, Lugia's Aeroblast, and Reshirams Fusion Flare as those bypass Dodgy (I think)).
