When sigyliph or however you spell it says you will find what you lost what does that mean

I don't know a lot about it but the thing you lost is a Pokemon (I think). You would know because the Pokemon would have a heart on it and when you talks to sigyliph again he would tell you "you have found the thing you lost!"
If you get virizon and terrakion you will get a rusty cobalion which is what you have lost
It means that you will have cobalion once you deafeted terrakion and virzion and you find terrakion in any cave and virizion in the any forest (once beaten the game.)
It means that remember when cobalion risked his life to save the world.when you beat trikon and vrison (sorry don't know how to spell it)you get cobalion by one of the shiny ! And he is rusty somehow he came back to life meaning you have found what you have lost.p.s sorry if doesn't make sense
It means cobalion turned rusty and you lost him but now you have found him
