After you meet 5 people in spotpass, you can find Mesprit at Soothing Shore Lake Area. Hope I helped!

um it just wonders around the area just defeat the pokemon there and it will show up! Guest answered:

How to find: It is a RARE LEDGENDARY so you might not find it on your 1st try, Just like UXIE, I got Uxie easy only my 4-5th try (caught).
Tip: Don't kill any Pokemon, he/she will most likely appear.
