How do you get tickets to battle rare legendary Pokemon like Darkrai? Please help!

When you explore areas after beating Dark Rust, there is a small chance that the yellow boss catapult will be shiny. This means you will fight a legendary instead of the normal boss. Darkrai can be found as the boss of any Hauntysrd area.
