How to get stairs for my secret base because iv'e got one with an extra bit but I can't go up without stairs I saw a youtuber with the same secret base as me but he had the extra bit but with stairs

You can get them from a woman in Fortree City.
After leaving the Poke Mart, climb the nearby tree's ladder to explore Fortree City's south row of tree houses. A friendly girl inside the first house gives you Stairs to decorate your Secret Base.
