Mega Stone Locations Question

I saw a Youtube Video that mentions Certain Mega Stones being available during the beginning of the Game, and some being available after Groudon/Kyogre and/or during the Delta Episode.

So, My Question is:
If I missed any Mega Stones during the First Playthrough, can I still collect them after Groudon/Kyogre and/or during the Delta Episodes?

Ex: Lucarionite and Garchompite are available BEFORE Groudon/Kyogre and the Delta Episode. So, If I already Did the Groudon/Kyogre story events and/or have started the Delta Episode, Can I still find the Mega Stones I missed during the First Playthrough? Or will they become permanently unobtainable upon making this Mistake?

In short: Can I finish the Game, and still come Back for any Mega Stones I missed? Or will they become unobtainable if I make this Mistake?

Lucarionite and Garchompite will still be around until you defeat Lisia in a Master Rank Contest (which gets you Lucarionite) or collect 1,000 flags from Secret Bases (Garchompite).

Yes, you can come back for the Mega Stones you missed.
