Master Ball
Where can I get the Master Ball? I'm trying to catch Groudon, and I wanna know if you need to have beat the Elite Four or Delta Episode. Please help!

In the Team Magma hideout (you mentioned groudon, so I'm assuming you play omega ruby) in Maxie's base on B3F there are four pokeballs. The ones on the bottom left and top right are level 40 Electrodes. The one in the bottom right is an item.(I forget what item) and the top left pokeball is the masterball.

To get the master ball you have to go to the Team Magma hideout and find Maxie's room. It should have a desk with a computer on it and there will be 4 pokeballs in the corner, the one closest to the corner will be a MASTER BALL
