Shiny Adamant Groudon is possible in Pokemon Omega Ruby. However, it might take a very long time doing system resets for it. I would suggest trading for one. It will be much easier.

It's possible but it'll take a very very long time to get it, so you might want to expand your nature selection a bit more.
If you want a great attacker and don't care about it's defense stats, then try a Naughty Nature (Raises Attack, lowers Sp. Defense) or a Lonely Nature (Raises Attack, lowers Defense). Or if you want a big beefy tank, and don't care about speed, then try a Brave Nature (Raises Attack, Lowers Speed).
