Evolution is only available after you've beaten the main game (just like the other MDs), Spoiler:

click to reveal
. Then, you, your allies and also wild pokemons can evolve anytime in a dungeon. Smile

Is there another way to evolve tepig without beating the game

You have to beat the bittercold and come back to the Pokemon world from your partner's wish. My neighbor had this problem but he didn't get it.

First:you have to beat game
Second:you need to be level 36

Do two missions after completing the dungeon Worldcore. Everyone else can evolve once the conditions are met in-dungeon except for your leader and partner; you must beat Worldcore and select "yes" during the cutscene.

I already wished my starter back and im level 43. I have also completed a request and my pokemon still doesnt evolve.am i missing something?
