Can you get Munchlax after January 11 even if you've already received it from the mystery gift?

I only got my game recently and am SRing to get shiny rowlet. I am only wondering if you can still get munchlax from the guy in the Pokemon center after Jan. 11 even though I've already received it from the mystery gift window.

You can either breed Snorlax (probably with Ditto) or simply just trade.
