Need HM04 Strength
Everyone says you can get the HM04 Strength from your rival on Route 111, but my rival doesn't appear there for me no matter how many iMessage I pass. How else can I get Strength since there person isn't there to give it to me?

Actually, you receive HM Strength from your Rival on Route 112, not Route 111.

You talk to your rival on Route 112, not route 111. Hope that helps! He/she will give the HM 04 Strength to you there.
