Question for Paper Mario: Sticker Star

How do yo beat the giant cheap, cheap after you find the steering wheel for the ship? After his power level gets down to a certain point he swims out to the water where none of the sticker ttacks can reach him. Plus his power level is recharged completely. Help!

You need the "Fishing Hook" sticker to reel back the Cheep Cheep in. This is the only sticker that can reach the Cheep Cheep while it is in the water. The "Fishing Hook" can be found in World 3-6, Outlook Point, inside the Secret Door. After you reel in the Cheep Cheep just fight it with Jump, Hopslipper, etc stickers. After this the Cheep Cheep is defeated and then you can sail the ship. If you need any more help, just ask me.
