How do you get to the comet piece in world 3-8, tree branch trail?

This is the third time this question has been asked in the last two days, if this is the same person asking just check the other question that has the answer. If this is a new user, apologies. But here this is how to get the comet piece. To beat this level just head to the Hot Springs tub thing, whatever you want to call it, which is near the Heart Block. After this follow the tree path that is heading north. Just follow this path and you should see that spider web. Jump on the spider web three times and Mario should fall. Now you are in the area with the two platform grass floor with the yellow block and a new pathway on the left side, you should also still be able to see the Heart Block on the right. Now just head four paces up, jump, head behind the bush, take two paces up, and bam! Now just follow the path and you should be able to finish the level.
