I can't understand your grammar (no offense). But you want the Fan sticker back, I'm assuming? Just go to the place where you turn Things into stickers, if you keep going west you'll find a Toad selling that Fan you used. Or just go back to Bouquet Gardens and find it again.
You need to take it to the sticker making place behind decalburg or if you need the fan after you used it just go back to ouquet garden
When you collect the fan, go back to Decalburg and see the purple toad down the left path. You can then turn the fan into a fan sticker. Go back to the windmill and parerize the fan sticker into the empty space.
Or you can go back from were you found it and it will be there again
