Question for Paper Mario: Sticker Star

I just turned on the game for my son and we can't get into world 1. We are stuck on a star and everything I try to move it says, "Please...just come over to me" how do I even play?

If you can't get into World One yet that means that you are in the "prologue", or the beginning of the game. To get to World One first you have to find Kersti, the crown sticker who aids Mario in his adventure. Kersti is stuck on a billboard sign that has a picture of Peach on it. Once you have Kersti, peel off the sticker that's blocking the road to Decalburg. After this you talk to every Toad in town and they will all reveal the main road of Decalburg, those Toads are hiding everywhere so remember look in all places possible! After you find all the Toads and the Toad reveal the main road of Decalburg you should be able to head to World 1. Just head to the South road and you're there. Oh, and Mario will be confronted by three Goombas so watch out.

On a sign there is a crown sticker. Go near it and peel off the sticker.
