Do you mean beating Kamek there or beating the level? To beat Kamek just treat the Slipper(or whatever they are called) stickers as if they were Jump stickers. To beat the level, all you have to do is turn the lights on in the pyramid by jumping on the fireplaces in the corners of the room. You should notice that in some of the rooms, you can knock down the walls using Mario's hammer.
