How do you get the scrap in world 2-1 ?

Go in the sandy waterfall between the two cactus (the middle and right ones). Let Mario sink in that area between the cactus (don't worry, you won't get game over) and he'll land in a new area. Now just reach the top and you'll find and get the scrap.
I can't find when I go there are these spiky things and when I go I get game over
If you sink inbetween the 2 cactus at the sand waterfall, you should sink into a new area. The scrap will be in that new area. If you sink and you game over, keep trying being on the left side or the right side.
