Yes they can breed. I've tried it myself with most dogs and yes, Pembroke Welsh corgi's can be bred. The male needs to wear a lucky color, and it will help if the female wears the red rose, if you don't have the red rose, it's ok. It's just going to take a little longer without the red rose. Only feed the dogs dry dog food. (Natural dry dog food is best) And only give them milk. Only have two dogs with you so they can have room for the puppy.
